ആദ്യഘട്ടത്തിൽ ഇസ്ലാം സ്വീകരിച്ച എഴുപത്തി മൂന്ന് ആളുകളുടെ പട്ടിക നാം വായിച്ചു. നിവേദനങ്ങളെ അടിസ്ഥാനപ്പെടുത്തി ലഭ്യമായ ഒരു ലിസ്റ്റ് പരിചയപ്പെടുത്തി എന്ന് മാത്രമേഉള്ളൂ. ഇസ്‌ലാമിലേക്ക് കടന്നു വന്ന ക്രമത്തിലല്ല പ്രസ്തുത പട്ടിക നൽകിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. അത് കൊണ്ടാണ് അറിയപ്പെട്ട ചിലരുടെ നാമങ്ങൾ പട്ടികയിൽ കാണാത്തത്. ഉമർ, ഹംസ(റ) മുത്ത് നബിﷺയുടെ മക്കൾ എന്നിങ്ങനെ പലരും പ്രാരംഭഘട്ടത്തിൽ തന്നെ ഇസ്ലാം സ്വീകരിച്ചവരാണ്.
പ്രമുഖരായ ചിലർ ഇസ്‌ലാമിലേക്ക് കടന്നു വന്ന സാഹചര്യങ്ങൾ നമുക്കുത്സാഹം നൽകുന്ന ഒരു വായനയാണ്. നമുക്കൊന്ന് പരിചയപ്പെടാം.
ഒന്ന്, ബീവി ഖദീജ(റ) മുത്ത് നബിﷺയെ ഏറ്റവും ആദ്യം അംഗീകരിച്ചതും വിശ്വസിച്ചതും മഹതി തന്നെയാണ്. അതിന് മുമ്പ് ഒരു പുരുഷനോ സ്ത്രീയോ മുത്ത് നബിﷺ അവതരിപ്പിച്ച ഇസ്‌ലാമിലേക്ക് വന്നിട്ടില്ല. ഇത് മുസ്ലിം ലോകത്തിന്റെ ഏകോപിത അഭിപ്രായമാണെന്ന് ഇമാം ഇബ്നുൽ അസീർ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഭാര്യ ഭർത്താവിനെ അന്ധമായി അംഗീകരിച്ചു എന്ന കേവലാർത്ഥത്തിലായിരുന്നില്ല ആ അംഗീകാരം. നബിﷺ യുടെജീവിതത്തെ കൃത്യമായി പഠിച്ചും വിലയിരുത്തിയും തന്നെയായിരുന്നു അവർ വിശ്വസിച്ചത്. നബിﷺയെ ആശ്വസിപ്പിച്ചത് സാധാരണയിൽ ഒരിണയെ ആശ്വസിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ഭാഷയിലായിലായിരുന്നില്ല. മറിച്ച് നബി ജീവിതത്തിലെ നന്മകളും മഹത്വങ്ങളും എണ്ണിപ്പറഞ്ഞു കൊണ്ടായിരുന്നു. സ്വന്തം ഭർത്താവ് പറഞ്ഞ കാര്യങ്ങൾ വസ്തുതാപരമായി ബോധ്യപ്പെടാൻ ആവശ്യമായ അന്വേഷണങ്ങൾ നടത്തി. വേദ പണ്ഡിതനായ വറഖതിനെ സമീപിച്ചതും വേദമറിയുന്ന അദാസിനോട് ചോദിച്ചറിഞ്ഞതും അതിന്റെ ഭാഗമായിരുന്നു.
പ്രിയതമനെ സമീപിക്കുന്നതും വിവരങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്നതും മലക്ക് തന്നെയാണോ എന്നറിയാൻ മഹതി സ്വന്തം തന്നെ ഒരു നിരീക്ഷണം നടത്തി. സംഭവം ഇങ്ങനെയായിരുന്നു. പ്രവാചകത്വ സംഭാഷണങ്ങളുടെ ആദ്യനാളുകളിൽ ഒരിക്കൽ ബീവി നബി ﷺ യോട് പറഞ്ഞു. പ്രിയപ്പെട്ടവരേ... അവിടുത്തേക്ക് ദിവ്യ സന്ദേശം എത്തിച്ചു തരുന്ന കൂട്ടുകാരൻ വരുമ്പോൾ എന്നോടൊന്ന് പറയാമോ? നബിﷺ പറഞ്ഞു പറയാം. അതു പ്രകാരം തൊട്ടടുത്ത സമയം ജിബ്‌രീൽ വന്നപ്പോൾ നബിﷺ ബീവിയെ വിളിച്ചു. ഓ ഖദീജാ... ജിബ്‌രീൽ ഇപ്പോൾ എന്റെ സമീപത്തുണ്ട്. മഹതി പറഞ്ഞു, അങ്ങ് എഴുന്നേറ്റ് എന്റെ വലതു കാലിൻമേൽ ഒന്നിരിക്കാമോ? അതെ, നബി ﷺ അപ്രകാരം ചെയ്തു. ഖദീജ ചോദിച്ചു, ഇപ്പോൾ അദ്ദേഹത്തെ കാണുന്നുണ്ടോ? അതെ. ശരി, ഇനിയെന്റെ ഇടത് കാലിന്മേൽ ഒന്നിരിക്കാമോ? മുത്ത് നബിﷺ ഇരുന്നു. ഇപ്പോൾ അദ്ദേഹത്തെ കാണുന്നുണ്ടോ? അതെ. ശരി ഇനിയെന്റെ മടിത്തട്ടിൽ ഒന്നിരിക്കാമോ? മുത്ത് നബി ഇരുന്നു. ഇപ്പോൾ അദ്ദേഹത്തെ കാണുന്നുണ്ടോ? അതെ. അപ്പോൾ മഹതി തലയിൽ ധരിച്ചിരുന്ന മേൽമുണ്ട് അൽപമൊന്ന് നീക്കി ശേഷം ചോദിച്ചു. ഇപ്പോൾ അദ്ദേഹത്തെ കാണുന്നുണ്ടോ? നബിﷺ പറഞ്ഞു, ഇല്ല. ഇപ്പോൾ ജിബ്രിൽ അപ്രതൃക്ഷനായിരിക്കുന്നു.
ഖദീജ പറഞ്ഞു, അവിടുന്ന് സധൈര്യം മുന്നോട്ട് ഗമിച്ചോളൂ.. സന്തോഷിച്ചോളൂ.. അവിടുത്തെ സമീപിക്കുന്നത് മലക്ക് തന്നെയാണെന്ന് എനിക്ക് ബോധ്യമായിരിക്കുന്നു.
ഈ സംഭവത്തെ ഇമാം ഹലബി ഇപ്രകാരം വിശദീകരിച്ചു. "പ്രവാചകത്വ പ്രഖ്യാപനത്തിന്റെ ഉടനെ നടന്ന സംഭവമായിരുന്നു ഇത്. തിരുനബിﷺ ക്ക് ലഭിക്കുന്ന സന്ദേശം ആരിൽ നിന്നാണ് എന്ന് വ്യക്തമായി ബോധ്യപ്പെടാൻ മഹതി സ്വീകരിച്ച മാർഗമാണിത്. തെളിവ് സഹിതം നേരിട്ട് മനസ്സിലാക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ അങ്ങനെ ചെയ്യുക. അതിബുദ്ധിമാന്മാർ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന രീതിയാണല്ലോ ഇത്. മുത്ത് നബിﷺ പറഞ്ഞതിൽ ലവലേശം സംശയമുള്ളത് കൊണ്ടല്ല. നേർസാക്ഷിയാവുക വഴി സിദ്ദീഖീങ്ങൾ അഥവാ സംശയത്തിന് സാധ്യത പോലുമില്ലാത്ത വിശ്വാസിനിയാകാനായിരുന്നു."
തനിക്കുള്ളതെല്ലാം മുത്ത് നബിﷺക്ക് നൽകാൻ ഭാഗ്യം ലഭിച്ച മഹതിയാണല്ലോ ഖദീജ(റ). ഇസ്ലാം അംഗീകരിച്ചതിൽ പിന്നെ ആദ്യമായി നിസ്കാരം നിർവഹിക്കാനും മഹതിക്ക് സൗഭാഗ്യമുണ്ടായി.

We have read the list of seventy-three people who accepted Islam in the first phase. We have only introduced an available list based on reports . The said list is not given in the order of conversion to Islam. That's why the names of some well-known persons are not found in the list. Many people like Umar, Hamza (R.A.), and children of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ accepted Islam at an early stage.
The circumstance under which some prominent people came to Islam is an encouraging read. Let's take a look. One. Wife Khadeeja(RA).
It was Khadeeja(R) who was the first to accept and believe in the beloved Prophetﷺ. Before that, no man or woman had come to Islam, introduced by the Prophet ﷺ. This is the unanimous opinion of the Muslim world, according to Imam Ibnul Atheer. That recognition does not mean that the wife blindly accepted the husband. She believed after studying and observing the life of the Prophetﷺ. The Prophet ﷺ was comforted not in the language that usually a wife comforts her husband. Rather, by enumerating the good and great things in the life of the Prophet ﷺ. Approaching the Vedic scholar, waraqat and asking Adas, were a part of her enquiry.
Khadeeja (R)made her own observation to see if it was angel who was approaching and giving information to her beloved husband. The incident was like this. Once in the early days of preaching, Khadeeja (R) said to the Prophetﷺ. Beloved... will you let me know when the companion who deliver the divine message, come here ? The Prophet ﷺ said. According to it, the next time Jibreel came, the Prophet ﷺ called his wife, O Khadeeja ... Jibreel is now near me. She said 'can you get up and sit on my right leg?' Yes, the Prophet ﷺ did so. Khadeeja asked, do you see him now? Yes. Okay, can sit on my left leg? The Prophetﷺ sat there. Do you see him now? Yeah. 'ok can you sit on my lap now? Prophetﷺ sat. Do you see him now? Yes. Then the Khadeeja(R) removed the veil a little, that she was wearing on her head and asked. Do you see him now? Nabi ﷺ said. No. Now Jibreel is displeased.
Khadijah(R) said, "Go forward with courage... Be happy... I am convinced that it is the angel who is approaching you"
Imam Halabi explained this incident as follows: "This was an incident that took place immediately after the announcement of Prophethood. This is the method adopted by Khadeeja(R) to clearly convince from whom the message is received by the Prophetﷺ. If you can understand it directly with proof, do so. This is the method adopted by the most intelligent. It is not because of doubt about what the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said.By being a direct witness, to be among the "Sidheeqs" or those who believe without a doubt.
Khadijah was the one who was lucky enough to give all her wealth to the Prophet ﷺ for the cause of Islam. She was also lucky to perform prayer first.
